Tasks and responsibilities

• Managing and operating the passport and visa verification unit and ensuring compliance with security procedures and standards.
• Dealing with distracted and unruly passengers and security threats, and making critical decisions to ensure flight safety.
• Building effective relationships with embassies, security and immigration authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinating operational activities and reducing the company’s legal risks.
• Providing security verification service opportunities for other aircraft and supporting revenue through strategic partnerships.
• Leading internal and external teams, monitoring schedules, training, and performance evaluation to ensure adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree or equivalent (12+3).
• At least 8 years of experience in airport security or risk management.
• Advanced skills in fraud prevention, document verification, and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to lead multinational teams under high pressure.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Air Operations Systems (DCS, Altea, Amadeus).
• High accuracy, conflict resolution and decision-making skills, and excellent organization to work in a fast-paced environment.
