Role Overview: Marketplace E-Commerce Manager – Riyadh
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

- Craft yearly business plans that reflect Dyson’s core mission and vision.
- Oversee both the long-term and short-term e-commerce strategy, including with P&L management and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with Finance on sales forecasting and monitor key performance indicators to drive expansion.

2. Business Development & Partnerships
- Pinpoint emerging market prospects throughout the area.
- Steer partnership talks, focusing on profitability, visibility, content, and securing exclusive agreements.
- Maintain brand integrity, verify price, and adhere to platform guidelines.
- Examine the performance metrics: click-through rate, conversions, search behavior, and spending.
- Oversee conversations about purchase orders, including SKUs, the number of items, and how each category is doing.
3. Performance Optimization
- Examine audit partner platforms, focusing on user experience, branding, navigation, and how products are presented.
- Collect and analyze performance reports to boost retention rates.
- Boost category performance by making decisions based on data.
Qualifications Required
- A minimum of four years’ experience is required in managing e-commerce marketplace partners.
- Analytical prowess, coupled with a commercial mindset and adept bargaining abilities.
- Brand positioning or account management experience is a plus, especially within the tech industry.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic.
- Proactive, with a keen eye for detail, and comfortable in dynamic settings.
