Role Overview
Crayon is now hiring a Licensing Sales Specialist for its Dubai office. The selected candidate will serve as the subject-matter expert for Microsoft Licensing (EA & CSP)—guiding customers, supporting sales teams, and ensuring clients get the most effective licensing solutions.
The role includes:
- Advising customers on licensing models, pricing, and agreement options
- Supporting customer acquisition and strategic planning
- Managing customer relationships with Microsoft Assisting in vendor negotiations and pricing
- Handling customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat
This position follows a hybrid work arrangement and reports directly to the Operations Director MEA.

Key Requirements
- Essential Criteria
- Candidates should be prepared to present:
- Over three years of experience in software licensing or cloud solution sales.
- Over two years of expertise with Microsoft licenses is necessary, and certification is a must.
- Strong business acumen to convert licensing rules into clear value
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Having worked with government or school customers is a plus.
