Key Responsibilities

• Upon arrival, extend a warm greeting to visitors and members.
• Give precise details on the programs, services, and facilities offered by health clubs.
• Respond professionally to questions, grievances, and visitor concerns
• Effectively handle daily correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Make appointments, schedule personal training sessions, and reserve classes.
• Handle membership cancellations, renewals, and registrations.
• Keep the club system’s member records current and correct.
• Make sure the reception area stays neat, orderly, and clean.
• Keep an eye on admittance to make sure that only approved patrons and members enter the club.
• Respect club rules to preserve operational and safety standards.
• When necessary, assist with emergency procedures
• Ensure that office supplies and advertising materials are kept in stock.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles (preferably in a health club or fitness center)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with member management systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
