Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Front Office Operations
- Warmly greet guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Verify guest details, issue room keys, and provide relevant hotel and room information.
- Address inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Offer accurate details about hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through attentive service.
Reservations & Coordination
- Handle room reservations via phone, email, and direct interactions.
- Update and manage booking systems accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
- Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests to relevant teams.
Administrative & Financial Tasks
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of guest transactions and front desk activities.
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Problem Solving & Upselling
- Handle guest issues calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Promote hotel upgrades, services, and offers to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
