About the Role: Senior Project Control Engineer

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead cost, schedule, and performance tracking on The LINE project. This senior-level position requires exceptional technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle complex program-wide controls across multiple project phases. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Project Controls Leadership

Develop, implement, and oversee program-wide controls strategies and methodologies.
Govern WBS, CBS, and OBS structures across multi-phase contracts.

2. Integrated Cost Management

Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting (EAC/ETC), and expenditure analysis.
Ensure accurate financial alignment between project schedules and cost systems.

3. Advanced Scheduling & Planning

Oversee Level 1–Level 4 integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 (EPPM).
Ensure data integrity, resource loading, and critical path analysis accuracy.

4. Earned Value Management (EVM)

Serve as the EVM expert, analyzing CPI, SPI, variances, and recommending corrective actions.

5. Change & Risk Management

Manage change orders, assess schedule impacts, and lead quantitative risk analysis.
Develop mitigation plans for critical risks.

6. Executive Reporting

Deliver high-level dashboards (Power BI or similar), presentations, and executive reports.
Communicate insights clearly to NEOM leadership and Parsons executives.

7. Team Leadership & Mentoring

Provide guidance and technical support to junior project control staff and project teams.

8. Financial Integration

Use accounting expertise to synchronize project controls with corporate finance systems.
Manage revenue recognition, accruals, and invoice reconciliation.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Controls on large-scale infrastructure or mega-projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven success in complex cost and schedule management.
