Tasks and responsibilities

• Account Management – Responsible for all aspects of the allocated accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for partners.
• Growth and Strategy – Crafting and executing plans to expand a firm, encompassing promotional efforts and strategic moves designed to boost overall performance.
• Enhancing the partner experience hinges on leveraging data. This means making smart choices, tackling operational hurdles, and ultimately boosting the happiness and loyalty of both partners and customers.
• Collaborating internally means teaming up with supply, finance, marketing, and business development. The goal? To make sure everything runs smoothly and that we hit our growth targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Three to four years of experience in account management, sales, or partnerships is ideal, particularly within the Food Tech, food delivery, or FMCG industries.
• A knack for analysis and problem-solving, coupled with the capacity to make sense of intricate data sets.
• Strong communication abilities, along with a knack for cultivating relationships with clients and partners.
• The ability to manage key stakeholders and achieve business results
• The ability to work independently within a rapidly growing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
