About the Role

This job is in charge of leading, developing, and managing a whole portfolio of Microsoft Security products and services, including managed services, professional services, co-built products, and co-sell activities. The job involves coming up with new products, making business plans, and building partnerships to help businesses in the corporate, government, and SMB/SMC sectors stay safe and follow the rules.

Key Responsibilities of Product Manager, Microsoft Security

1. Leading the security product strategy and portfolio

• Create and keep up a full plan for all of Microsoft’s security products and services.
• Make sure that the Microsoft CPX competency programs are in line with each other.
• Do market and competitive research to find gaps and new chances.
• Build strong business cases, including pricing strategies, financial projections, and profitability goals.
• Make sure that all of your products and services fulfill the criteria of CPX, as well as the laws and regulations in your area, such as UAE-IA, DESC, NCA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

2. Security Service Development & Innovation

• Work with your own SBUs to come up with new Microsoft Security service solutions.
• Add AI-powered features like Microsoft Security Copilot.
• Use Power Platform and Logic Apps to make delivery models, SLAs, and automations the same.
• Start offering new professional services like:
  • Assessments of Zero Trust
  • Reviews of Cloud Security Posture
  • Programs to Get Ready for Compliance
• Ensure end-to-end alignment with Microsoft’s Zero Trust architecture.
• Lead a team of developers to co-build solutions alongside Microsoft developers and ISE teams.

• Strong understanding of core Microsoft Security technologies:
  • Microsoft Defender Suite
  • Sentinel
  • Entra
  • Purview
  • Intune
  • Microsoft Security Copilot
• Experience handling Microsoft partnership programs, co-sell processes, and incentive models.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks:
  • MITRE ATT&CK
  • Zero Trust
  • CIS
  • NIST

Preferred Certifications
