Key Responsibilities of Omni WHS Specialist:
Marketing and Activation
- Create seasonal account plans that are in line with important calendar dates and worldwide strategy.
- Make sure that global marketing standards accommodate wholesale partners’ omni-channel requirements.
- For important accounts, create and carry out localized omni-channel campaigns.
- Oversee the seasonal marketing calendars’ implementation to improve brand performance at the point of sale.
- To provide excellent in-store experiences, work together with sales teams, omni field teams, and brand activation.
- Make unique marketing opportunities for important retail partners.

Omni-Channel Planning & Execution
- Oversee and project budgets in accordance with sales goals and seasonal strategies.
- In collaboration with the management, finance, and sales teams, oversee the sell-out support budgets.
- Ensure budget compliance with internal audit standards.
- Drive best-in-class space management and omni-channel deployment.
- Source and train vendors/agencies in omni-planning and execution.
- Encourage customer activations through partner, digital, social media, and CRM channels.
- Coordinate with DTC teams to ensure seamless execution of training, reporting, and implementation.
Training & Reporting
- Prepare detailed reports on omni-channel initiatives and execution.
- Deliver training to Back-to-Trade field teams and partner store teams.
- Maintain ongoing alignment with managers to ensure smooth activation across markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or comparable work experience.
- Three to four years of experience in marketing, sales, or retail.
- Strong background in trade marketing, account management, or brand marketing.
- the capacity to work with several teams in a cross-functional manner.
- Strong negotiating and essential account management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presenting skills.
- Strong grasp of retail execution and visual awareness.
- IT proficiencies: advanced PowerPoint, basic Excel/Word/Outlook.
- English fluency; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
